Terms of Service

Reactor AI · Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms apply to the use of Reactor AI's services and of the AI voice agents that answer calls for businesses that use Reactor AI.

The service

Reactor AI designs, sets up and manages AI voice agents for its clients, connected to the tools each client already uses (such as their CRM and calendar). The specific scope, price and service levels for each client are set out in that client's agreement with Reactor AI.

Talking to an AI agent

When you call a business that uses Reactor AI, you may be speaking with an AI agent, and the call may be recorded and transcribed. The agent can make mistakes. Information it gives about prices, availability or outcomes is not binding unless the business confirms it.

Client responsibilities

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Reactor AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited as set out in each client's agreement.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
