Privacy Policy

Reactor AI · Last updated 31 October 2026

Reactor AI builds and manages AI voice agents (receptionists and sales agents) that answer phone calls for small service businesses in Australia ("our clients"). This policy explains how we handle personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Personal information is stored in, or passes through, service providers that we or our clients use: voice AI and telephony (Vapi), the client's CRM (for example HubSpot), calendar and video meetings (for example Google Calendar and Google Meet), email delivery (Hostinger) and server hosting (Hetzner). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We only share what each provider needs to do its job, and the business you called has access to the records of your call.

Google user data

Reactor AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google Calendar access to check availability and to create appointments in the calendar that the account owner connected, and for no other purpose.

How we protect it

Access keys to our clients' systems are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and access to our servers is restricted. Backups are encrypted.

How long we keep it

We keep call records for as long as our client needs them to provide their service and meet their legal obligations, or until the client asks us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask for access to, or correction of, your personal information, or make a complaint, by emailing info@reactorai.com.au. If the information belongs to a business that uses Reactor AI, we will work with that business to respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
